The lubrication
system redesigned and remanufactured;
The overhaul of
clutch / brake, balancer;
redesign and
manufacture of Electronic control
system:
Equiooed with a
series of new technologies ,including the S7-300 PLC of Siemens PROFIBUS field
bus interface of, Germany Beckhoff bus terminal, American MTS magnetostrictive
displacement sensor, the electronic cam switch, Japan Pascal hydraulic overload
protection system, the Japanese digital touch screen man-machine interface,
mold height, air cushion stroke, pressure balancer, air cushion pressure
automatic adjustment equipment, the electronic
control system can be fault –self diagnosed, through the touch screen control
chain diagnosis, PLC system display, and pop-up alarm, and die-changing
automated based on 100 sets of mold parameters.
