ABW series blank washer, suitable for automatic stamping line, can clean the plates at a speed of 150 m / min of the whole line.
ABW washing machines, adopting two- stage extrusion structure technology, can effectively avoid the bubbles generating from the agglomeration of the oil droplets in the mold ,which can defect the quality of work piece.
The upper and lower case separation structure make it easy to take out the material that is stuck by lifting the upper part.
The squeeze roller of the washer will be worn in the long run, and the new roller is expensive. after the ground maintenance and a synchronization to the variable frequency motor , ABW cleaning machine’s roller can be reused ,reduceing the cost.
