In the traditional thermoforming stamping production process, the operator must be responsible for monitoring the hot material above 700°C put into the mold before stamping, whether there is overlap or misalignment; whether the formed part is taken away by the manipulator after stamping, etc. Ensure the safe operation of equipment and the yield rate of parts. Due to the particularity of thermoforming, the production line is basically in continuous production for 24 hours, and the working environment is not friendly: A lot of dust, high temperature, loud noise, etc. For this reason, the personnel recruitment for this job has always been a headache for manufacturers.
Before AWIZ Unattended System Installed
In order to help the customer to solve this problem, AWIZ team invested a lot of manpower and financial resources in independent research and development for three years. Through the combination of long-wave infrared cameras and short-wave infrared cameras, based on AI deep learning target detection technology and traditional image processing algorithms, the real-time detection of feeding and unloading conditions could be solved by this unattended system. When an abnormal situation occurs, the system will automatically trigger an alarm.
This Unattended system can be installed on new lines or retrofitted on old lines. It only takes one day for the installation on site; five days for commissioning; one day for training, and the delivery can be completed within one week.
