The high speed manipulator built by Aotto has been applied to the high-speed stamping line and successfully delivered to the customer (Zhixin Lu'an Factory). The production line has produced more than 20 sets of molds till now, with two running modes: intermittent and continuous. 24-hour non-stop production ensures customer’s continuous parts output.
The stamping speed in continuous mode with two parts in one mold is 15spm.
Features of this manipulator:
1) High efficiency: 20%-30% higher than traditional robots, and the continuous stamping cycle can reach 15spm;
2) High flexibility: it has 6+2 Servo axis, which can satisfy the dual die production and double part separation of the stamping line;
3) Wide adaptability: It is suitable for the transformation of old lines and the integration of new lines with a press distance of 5.5m-7.5m, and carry out high-speed production of various automotive panels.
